What to expect after booking

📧 Confirmation Email

Once you've booked, you'll receive an email confirming your appointment details, including the date, time and clinic location.

📝 Complete Your Forms ( New Patients Only)

Please complete your intake form before your appointment so we can better understand your concerns and make the most of your consultation time.

⏰ Appointment Reminder

We'll send you an email reminder before your appointment to help you stay on track.

👜 What to Bring

  • Your Medicare card and GP Management Plan.

  • Your private health fund card 

  • Any relevant GP referrals, specialist letters, imaging reports or test results

📅 Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate as much notice as possible.
