  Telehealth / Home Visits  Enquiries

We understand that caring for a newborn can make attending appointments challenging during the early postnatal period. To support women during this time, postnatal telehealth and limited home visit appointments may be available where clinically appropriate and are subject to clinician availability and location.

Telehealth consultations may also be available for other women's health concerns and follow-up appointments where appropriate.

To ensure a comprehensive assessment and reassessment, initial assessments and final reviews are generally completed in person.

If you would like to enquire about a telehealth or home visit appointment, please complete the form below. Providing detailed information will assist us in determining suitability and availability. We will review your enquiry and contact you regarding the next steps.
