  • Not Medical Advice: Website content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • No Guarantees: In accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, we do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Results from physiotherapy treatment vary depending on individual circumstances.
  • Professional Relationship: Accessing this website or contacting us via email does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship. A formal relationship is only established once a clinical consultation has commenced.

2. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
To ensure all clients have fair access to care, we enforce the following policy:
  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will incur a flat fee of $50.
  • NDIS Appointments: For NDIS-funded services, a Short Notice Cancellation fee may apply in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full consultation fee will still apply.

3. Fees and Payment
  • Payment at Time of Service: Full payment is required at the conclusion of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS and major credit cards.
  • Health Insurance: We provide HICAPS for immediate private health claims. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their policy covers the services provided.
  • Outstanding Accounts: We reserve the right to suspend future treatments until any outstanding accounts or cancellation fees are settled.

4. Informed Consent
Prior to any treatment, your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment and discuss proposed treatment plans, including potential risks and benefits. You have the right to withdraw consent or decline any part of the treatment at any time.

5. Privacy and Security
Your privacy is paramount.
  • Health Records: Your personal and sensitive health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Data Storage: We utilize secure, encrypted practice management software to maintain your clinical records.

6. Code of Conduct
